Using CiCi Cam
License and acceptable use
We license CiCi Cam software; we do not sell the underlying code or models. Keep access secure and respectful.
- Create a personal account with accurate information and keep credentials confidential.
- Use the apps for personal or approved commercial work. Do not resell access, scrape, or reverse engineer the service.
- Never upload malware, interfere with infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
- Automatic updates may install to keep the software stable and compliant; continued use implies acceptance of those builds.
Subscriptions & billing
Plans, renewals, and cancellations
Stripe processes every paid plan. Charges appear at the start of each term and renew until you cancel.
- You authorize Stripe to bill the payment method on file at the stated interval.
- Refunds follow local consumer laws and our published refund policy; contact support if a charge looks wrong.
- Downgrading or cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period and your Pro benefits remain active until then.
- You are responsible for any duties or taxes that apply in your region.
Safety & compliance
Privacy, feedback, and enforcement
To keep the community safe we investigate abuse reports and respond to regulators where required.
- We handle personal data under the CiCi Cam Privacy Policy and honor regional privacy rights.
- Do not use CiCi Cam to create hateful, harassing, or illegal content, or to violate intellectual property.
- Product feedback or ideas you send can be used to improve CiCi Cam without additional compensation.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, especially when safety or legal risks are involved.

We collect account basics, usage diagnostics, and optional presets so we can deliver the service you requested.

Secure infrastructure
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with regional hosting to match residency commitments.

Regulatory alignment
We comply with GDPR, PDPA, and other local privacy rules, and we document subprocessors in our privacy notices.
